Once reopened, here is our Aquolina Bistrot, the restaurant in Abano terme to enjoy the authentic flavour of our classy ‘Street Food’, declined in many original recipes.
Since then, we have been striving every day to create unique taste experiences combined with an atmosphere of genuine conviviality.
Roman Style Pinsas
A unique, long-rising (72h) dough, composed of 3 flours (soya, rice and wheat)

The freshest of pinse: raw buffalo mozzarella di bufala campana DOP, basil pesto alla genovese and cherry tomatoes, all in finish

We tried it and fell in love with it. A simple margherita with San Marzano tomatoes and Agerola fiordilatte mozzarella, until it reaches the cutting board. Then slices of Crudo di Montagnana DOP and creamy Stracciatella di Andria. A timeless couple.
